Solution: If misoperation occurs after replacing the Digital board, perform the following procedure: Remove the power cord from the A/C recepticle. Verify that the replacement Digital board, which contains the System Control Microprocessor, has been properly installed and connected. Short the positive (+) lead of the back-up capacitor (approx. 1F/5.5V) to ground for roughly one second. Plug the power cord into the A/C recepticle and switch the unit ON. Note: When performing this operation all memory (i.e. clock/date settings, autospace, shuffle, program play, etc...) will reset and the unit will revert to the original factory settings.
